To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

 For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns except for the following cases.

1. Change in size allowed if requested within 24 hours upon receipt of item. All shipping costs to facilitate exchange will be shouldered by the customer. Balud has the right to deny size exchange if the merchandise does not meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in original condition
  • Unwashed, unworn, and unaltered
  • Must have original tags and hygeine seals
  • In the original packaging

Strictly no size change change allowed for items purchased on sale.

2. In case change in size can not be granted due to stock availability, change in style may be allowed but is not guaranteed. 


Are there any charges for exchanging? 

Customer will be responsible in shipping the item back to us via preferred courier and will be charged a shipping and handling fee of P200.00 if within Metro Manila and P250.00 for provincial areas. 



How do I exchange?

  • If your request for return/exchange meets our policy conditions, you may proceed by entering your order number and email address in the fields above and clicking Start. 
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. In the Notes section, kindly specify the item you want to replace it with. 
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
  • If your request has been denied, it can be either because it does not meet the policy conditions or there is no more available inventory of the size you are requesting. You may get in touch with us directly to explore other options. 


How soon will I get my replacement package?

  • Once your return is received, inspected, and approved for exchange, we will send the replacement package the following business day and provide you with a tracking number within 48 hours. You may expect to receive your replacement package within 3 working days from its shipment date.
  • If your request for exchange has been rejected due to the item's condition, you will notified immediately and the item will be sent back to your shipping address at your expense.
