Standard shipping remains free nationwide. However, due to General Community Quarantine restrictions, orders under this shipping option will be shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays only. Dispatch cut-off is at 10 pm and orders verified later than this time will be included in the next scheduled dispatch.
Grab/Lalamove Pick-up option now available upon checkout. Pick-ups are allowed on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 am - 4 pm only. Instructions will be sent via e-mail once payment has been verified. Kindly note that customer shoulders the shipment fee and is responsible for booking riders.

Courier used is within Balud's discretion. You will receive an update regarding the tracking details of your order once package has been shipped. EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTION AVAILABLE
We recommend this shipping option for orders placed less than 7 business days from a scheduled trip. Courier used for this option is LBC. Same day Express Shipping cut-off is 11 am. Orders with payments verified later than this will be shipped the next business day.

SAME DAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
For urgent orders, same day delivery via Grab Express or Lalamove is available upon request. Customers will be held responsible for booking riders and all shipping charges. Pick-up is only allowed from 11 am to 4 pm.
Business days are from Mondays to Fridays, 9am - 5pm.
No shipping on weekends and holidays.
Delivery transit time only serves as a guide. Balud will not be held liable for delays in delivery.
